1. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Interior Stone Designs. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms in full. Any variation must be agreed in writing.
2. Stone as a Natural Product
- Stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, markings, and texture are normal and should be expected.
- Samples, brochures, and images are for guidance only and may not match the final product exactly.
3. Orders and Deposits
- Orders are only confirmed once accepted by us in writing and a deposit has been paid.
- Deposits for bespoke or special orders are non-refundable.
- The balance must be paid in full before delivery or installation.
4. Payment Terms & Ownership
- Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection unless agreed otherwise.
- Goods remain the property of Interior Stone Designs until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
5. Pricing & Variations
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated.
- Any variation or additional work will be charged separately and must be agreed in writing.
6. Delivery & Risk
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once Goods are delivered to your site or collected.
- If delivery or collection is delayed due to your circumstances, storage or redelivery charges may apply.
7. Inspection & Claims
- Goods must be inspected on delivery or collection. Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
- Claims made after installation will not be accepted.
8. Care & Maintenance
- Natural stone requires sealing and ongoing maintenance to protect against staining and wear.
- It is your responsibility to follow recommended care guidelines.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for suitability of the Goods once supplied.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the Goods purchased.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failure to supply caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport issues, or natural events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
