Based in Huddersfield, Interior Stone Designs Ltd was formed in 1997 and has over the years grown into the reputable granite company it is today. We are manufacturers and suppliers of granite worktops tailor made to your specific requirements.

Granite is a beautiful long lasting hygienic material, from natural minerals in the rock create the unique colours, textures and veining found in granite. Colours range through from black, blue, green, red, brown, gold and white. Some have subtle changes in colour and pattern while others have bold colour changes and striking natural patterns.

Quartz Worktops

Quartz is a man-made material made from crushed stone and a small amount of bonding resin, being man-made it makes the product completely flawless and creates a much more uniform finish. In comparison with a granite worktop you would get naturally formed textures and veining that would make each piece unique.

Who Are We

We offer a very personal service. You will deal with myself (Rob), a stonemason by trade and one of two brothers owning the company. All queries, costing requirements, templating etc. relating to your fitment are dealt with personally; I am your contact throughout the job.

We aim for three day turnarounds, which means minimum disruption to our clients and tradesmen. We work closely with the customer in relation to sink and hob fitting etc, making sure we understand your exact requirements. All worktops are made in our own factory and we source all materials in the UK. This allows for strict quality control in relation to thickness and finish etc. You are quite welcome to visit and take a look at the process’s involved, just give us a quick call beforehand.

We offer a full fitting service using our skilled and experienced stonemasons/craftsmen. We have a huge range of colours and designs to choose from.
